Description
To maintain the beauty and functionality of your Midori Chasen Kusenaoshi & Accessory Set, handle the ceramic holder with care and clean it regularly. Rinse with lukewarm water after use to remove any matcha residue, using a soft cloth or sponge when necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaning products, harsh chemicals and sudden temperature changes, as these may damage the glazed finish. Allow the holder to dry completely before storing it in a clean, dry location. Handle gently to prevent chips or cracks, ensuring its elegant appearance is preserved over time.
How to Use
Using the Midori Chasen Kusenaoshi & Accessory Set is a simple way to care for your bamboo whisk following traditional Japanese matcha preparation. After whisking your matcha, gently rinse the chasen under lukewarm water to remove any remaining tea residue. Carefully position the whisk over the ceramic holder, allowing its delicate bamboo prongs to rest naturally around the curved surface. This helps maintain their original shape while encouraging airflow for proper drying. Keep the holder on a stable surface between uses, ensuring your chasen remains properly supported and ready for your next matcha ritual.
