How to Use

Using the Stainless Steel Monjayaki Spatulas is simple, just start by preparing your Japanese style monjayaki mixture on a heated flat grill or tabletop hot plate. Once the ingredients begin to cook, use the spatulas to gently mix, spread, and shape the batter into small portions for easy serving.

  • Mix flour and water at a ratio of approximately 1:20 until the flour is fully dissolved.

  • Slowly pour the batter into the centre opening. After the batter begins to firm slightly, mix everything together and spread it thinly across the plate to cook evenly.
