Step 1: Learn the Proper Finger Placement

Place your thumb on the designated support area. Position your index and middle fingers to hold the chopsticks as shown in the diagram. The attached guide will help stabilize movement, making it easier to pick up food while practicing proper finger positioning.

Step 2: Remove the Support for More Control

Once you feel comfortable using the chopsticks with the attached support, carefully remove the guiding panel. Practice holding and moving the chopsticks using your own hand strength, gradually mimicking the natural movement of traditional chopsticks.

Step 3: Transition to Standard Chopsticks

When you’ve mastered chopstick control without the support, you’re ready to use regular chopsticks! Continue practicing with real meals to build confidence and refine your technique.
