Description
The Japanese Cypress Masu Cup’s depiction of a sea bream is traditional Japanese luck and a good fortune emblem for a variety of reasons. First and foremost, the colour red is a sign of good fortune and luck. When it comes to the new year, you may observe that red is the most common colour. The Japanese word for sea bream has a plethora of different pronunciations, much like the word for carp. Tai is the name of this fish. The term omedetai, which means “auspicious” in Japanese, contains the tai sound. Arigatai, a word for expressing thanks, also uses it.
